How long will it be before I receive my order?
Domestic orders (United States/Canada) typically arrive in 15 business days. However, if products are in high demand it can take up to 20 Business days before the product is received.(However this is rare).
International orders may take up to 18-25 Business Days depending on your location and local customs regulations. Expedited shipping options are also available.
Please note that when ordering different products in one Order, Each Product may arrive separately due to our multiple warehouses for different products.
There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time. Duties and taxes - Customs / VAT who pays?
As with all international sellers - duties and taxes are not included in the price of your purchase or shipping costs. Please check with your local tax authority to know what you are expected to pay when receiving the package. This is also dependent on where the goods are sent from , the type of goods, their transaction value and the weight of the package.
Delivery to a hotel - Is it possible?
We will ship to any address you indicate. For hotel deliveries, please contact the front desk to alert them to your parcel.

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must notify us if you wish to return a purchase within 30 days of receiving the item.
If your item was damaged, lost/stolen in transit
Simply reply to your confirmation email and we will assist you. For damaged or incorrect items, please include a photo of the item for reference.

We constantly strive to update our website with Unique and in-trend products. If you don't see a product you interested in then send an email to email@example.com. We would be sure to get back to you,source and add to our product collections.

Where can I find shipping costs?
Although most items ship free, some items would require shipping costs.We ship to all parts of the world and shipping rates for each item and each country varies. To find the shipping cost to your country for the item you need, simply add the product to the cart and enter your shipping address in the checkout page. Your shipping cost will be automatically displayed below the product cost in the checkout page.
Are online transactions secure?
KitchenJoint assures that all transactions conducted online are completely secure. Our website uses secure socket layer (SSL) certification. We use strong security measures to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of your information once it is in our records.
Will I receive an email confirmation of my order and shipping information?
You will receive an email notification immediately following your order. You will then receive another notification once your product has shipped.
What is your refund policy?
At KitchenJoint, our Customers are Important so we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products and service. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please write to us with the full details of the purchase and the issue, the verification team will send you a return address where you can send the item back. Please make sure that you mention the reason why its being returned in your email. Once your return is complete, we will refund your full payment immediately back to your original form of payment.
